FIRST APPOINTMENT

The first chiropractic appointment in San Francisco CA is approximately 1 hour. It involves a complete health history, physical exam, and chiropractic treatment. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment for any reason including sickness or emergency, 24-hour notice is required via phone or email. A $50 fee will be charged if 24-hour notice is not received.

LOCATION & PARKING in San Francisco CA

The practice is located in the ActivSpace building, which is on the corner of 18th and Treat (3150 18th street 94110). The main entrance is on Treat Ave. When you're at the front door type 220 into the intercom, and I will ring you in. My office is on the second floor in suite 220.

Parking is very difficult in San Francisco these days. Please plan accordingly by either giving yourself time to find parking or by taking some form of public transportation. The practice is 3 blocks from 16th St BART.
